I can't recommend Lauren enough - I could barely walk when I went in and while not quite skipping out, I wasn't far off! She was kind and obviously knowledgeable and not only fixed me but gave me exercises to stop the issue reoccurring. A really brilliant service!

I went to Move Physio having been unable to run because of Achilles tendonopathy that had already lasted more than a decade. The problem was present in both ankles and the less severe of the two had been helped a little with some shockwave therapy (SWT) provided by the NHS (although I know see that the exercises provided by the NHS were not well suited to my problem and may have been aggravating it). Patrick was absolutely brilliant in applying the SWT on the Achilles tendon that was still inflamed and giving me a clear and progressive exercise plan to rehabilitate my ankle. The progress I have made has been tremendous and while I may not take up long-distance running again, for several reasons, I already have much better function and almost no pain at all, and I continue to make progress with the exercises. During the course of this treatment, I also presented a couple of other joint/muscle niggles to Patrick, and he gave me very simple and effective exercises to address these as well. Patrick is fantastic at explaining the problem and how the different stretches and strengthening exercises address the problems – it’s like he’s teaching me to be my own physio. And it is also clear that he really cares about his patients and throughout the treatment I felt like Patrick had made my healing a personal goal for himself. I do have one regret, however, and that is that I did not see Patrick’s help a few years ago! The guy is a legend and if you have an injury that’s getting in the way of your training, I cannot recommend Patrick and Move Physio too highly.

I cannot recommend Move Physio enough. I had suffered from a slipped and repeatedly bulging disk on and off for six years, seeing numerous chiropractors, physiotherapists, and osteopaths— you name it, I tried it, but nothing worked for me. That was until I came into the clinic and saw Patrick. We had a long chat during my initial consultation about the history of my injury and dove into all the issues. I left that appointment with Patrick, and he came up with a rehabilitation plan for me. His manipulation, along with personalized exercises, has been the key to my recovery. I’m twelve months down the line, and my back hasn’t felt this good in the past six years. All the appointments felt personal, and Patrick really listened to my needs— a truly exceptional clinic.

Dan is hands down the best physiotherapist that I have ever had. I came to him with some shoulder pain and instability, and I genuinely cannot believe how much it has improved over the last 2 months. His progressive rehab exercises and incredibly attentive assessments have gotten me pain-free and back on track. He's even managed to help me find ways that I can continue training while I continue to rehab my shoulder. I live in Tooting, so it takes me about 1 hour of commuting each way just so that I can see Dan for about 30 minutes - if that doesn't tell you that he is worth it, I don't know what would! 10/10 would recommend.

I have seen Dan George from Move Physio for treatment of post whiplash rehab and subsequently a hamstring strain. He is not only extremely knowledgeable but also listens attentively to ensure we are tailoring programmes to my specific symptoms. He is always coming up with new exercises and keeping things varied to ensure I have a variety of programmes to work with which fit into my schedule. He is also very professional in his approach and I’m seeing lots of progress through his strength training suggestions and also treatment such as sports massage. I cannot recommend Dan enough!
