Shoulder Pain

Shoulder pain can sneak up on you - or arrive suddenly.

Whether it comes on suddenly or builds over time, shoulder pain can interfere with sleep, make exercise difficult, and turn everyday tasks — like reaching overhead or getting dressed — into a challenge. Pain may start in the shoulder itself or be referred from the neck, and it can affect people of all ages and activity levels.

FAQ’S

Our Clinical Director has over 15 years of experience, specialising in treating complex and chronic conditions. Their expertise allows for advanced assessment and management of persistent or hard-to-diagnose issues. An appointment with the Clinical Director is £115.

Our Senior Physiotherapists also have the highest qualifications, holding medical degrees and extensive clinical experience. They are highly skilled in assessing and treating a wide range of musculoskeletal problems. An appointment with a Standard Physiotherapist is £99.

If you have a suspected tear to a muscle, ligament or a tendon issue in any joints, apart for the back, then this is a great place to start. You will gain a clear diagnosis from the scan and physio assessment to get you started on the correct pathway immediately
If you have a long-term, complex, or recurring condition, or have seen multiple practitioners without lasting improvement, the Clinical Director may be the best choice. If your injury or pain is more recent or straightforward, a Senior Physiotherapist will still provide excellent, evidence-based care.
Your treatment will always be tailored to you, regardless of who you see. Both the Clinical Director and Standard Physiotherapists work to the same high standards, using a personalised approach to help you achieve your goals.
