What is Pregnancy MOT?

This is a comprehensive specialist assessment at any stage during pregnancy, but normally in the 2nd or 3rd trimester.

You can have a pregnancy MOT whether you have symptoms or not, as we will discuss common musculoskeletal symptoms and management, exercise during pregnancy and after birth, how to prepare your body for birth and reduce the risk of birthing injuries, as well as what to expect in the “4th trimester”.
