Niamh Henry

Physiotherapist
Niamh is an experienced and compassionate Irish Physiotherapist with a background in both sport and private practice. She graduated from Robert Gordon University in Scotland and upon completion of her degree, worked with Aberdeen FC’s Youth academy where she gained valuable experience in the sports injury prevention and rehabilitation. Since then, Niamh has worked in private practice where she has continued to develop her knowledge and skills in treating a variety of musculoskeletal conditions. She also works for Dulwich Harps GAA club supporting both the Men’s and Women’s team for the upcoming championship. She has a particular passion for treating running and sports related injuries and comes from a strong sporting background having previously played hockey, football and athletics. Known for her warm, positive and friendly approach, Niamh is dedicated to helping her patients feels understood, supported and encouraged throughout their rehabilitation journey. She takes pride in creating personalised treatment plans tailored to each individual’s goals, whether that’s returning to sport, reducing pain, or improving overall function and wellbeing. Outside of work, Niamh is an avid solo traveller. Having recently returned from Vietnam she is already scoping out flights for her next getaway. She is passionate about all things health and fitness and enjoys a nice cup of tea and the end of the working day.
