Pelvic Ultrasound

What is a Pelvic Ultrasound?

A pelvic ultrasound is a safe and effective way of assessing the structures and muscles within your pelvis. At our women’s health clinic, Tracey Matthews (Specialist Pelvic Health Physiotherapist) uses ultrasound scanning as part of a comprehensive assessment to better understand your pelvic floor, bladder, and abdominal function.

Unlike hospital scans that focus on diagnosing conditions, our pelvic ultrasound is designed to support your recovery and rehabilitation. It allows us to see how your muscles are working in real time, helping us guide you towards the right exercises, strategies, and long-term solutions.
